RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we really do, but we are unable to offer returns and exchanges due to the fact that your purchase has been 'Made-to-Order' and printed especially for you. We trust and hope that you will understand.

If there is something wrong with your order or the item is faulty, please let
us know by contacting us at: info@desirabletees.com and we will work hard to resolve the issue for you. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at: info@desirabletees.com with photos of any damage to the item/s, or photos of the wrong item sent to you and we will strive to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please take a look our size guides and size charts - we have one for every single item listed on our store in the product description section.

Using the size charts is really important as it will help you to compare the size of products in the online store with items that you already own at home, which will then help you to make the right decision when it comes choosing the right size items to buy from the store.

Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at: info@desirabletees.com within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to: Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.

  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to: Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to: Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.

  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to:
    40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia
    (apparel orders);
    338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia
    (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases);
    6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).

  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to:

    Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
